There is an entertainment center with a TV. The dining table with two chairs sits in front of one of the two bay windows. The kitchen has all the luxuries you have at home with plenty of cabinet space, new stainless steel appliances, double sink, refrigerator, 4-burner range & microwave. There is also a hutch for more added storage. The bathroom is very roomy with a shower/tub, vanity sink & household commode. The rear queen bedroom is a perfect place to retire for the evening and rest from all the camping fun you had that day. The bedroom also has a full closet, chest of drawers and TV shelf. The split loft is perfect for the kids or extra guests that come to visit. There is a mini split AC/heater and there is also a furnace and water heater.
**This park model includes: deck, hard awning, outdoor kitchenette, screen porch, metal shed & small plastic shed on deck.
**This park model is set up on site 108 in our main campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The seasonal site rent for this site is $2,850.00 plus electric. The seasonal site rent is paid until June 2025.
