No more having to hand wash those pesky dishes which will allow more time to have fun! There is also a large center island with storage. The dining room area has some built in shelving and cabinets. **This park model is set up on seasonal site 20 in our Main campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The price includes the park model, shed and car port. The seasonal site rent for this site is $3,800.00 plus electric. The seasonal site rent is paid until April 2025.
